Important Note about Faralya:
Due to its geographical structure, Faralya is a hillside settlement located between the village and Butterfly Valley. Reaching our villas in Faralya and surrounding villages requires driving uphill. Faralya is a quiet and peaceful area.
Damage Deposit Policy: A damage deposit of 10,000 TL is required for Villa Infinity Faralya. This amount is collected before check-in and refunded upon check-out, provided there is no damage, loss, or breakage during your stay.
Check-in & Check-out Information:
For all our villas, check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 10:00. To allow our cleaning team enough time to prepare the villa for new guests, we kindly ask you to vacate the villa on time. The villa will be ready for the next guests by 16:00.
Reservation Information:
Pre-reservations are accepted only after checking for gaps between bookings before and after your requested dates. If there is no gap, your reservation will not be approved. Once you receive a confirmation document, your booking is considered finalized.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
PARTIES AND PURPOSE
This agreement is made between the renter of the “VILLA/SUMMER HOUSE”
(hereinafter referred to as the "TENANT") and the lessor Yaşar Turizm
San ve Ticaret Ltd. Şti. (Fethiye VD 9390075323, Foça Mah. Barış Manço Bulvarı no 120 A Fethiye / MUĞLA) (hereinafter referred to as “Fethiye Lovers”), for the
purpose of renting the “VILLA/SUMMER HOUSE” for a specific duration, with start
and end dates determined in advance by the parties. Tenants who make
reservations for any of the villas/summer houses listed on our website
“www.flvillakiralama.com” through the website, phone, or email, and their
companions, are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. In
case of any violation of the terms specified below, “Fethiye Lovers” reserves
the right to unilaterally cancel the rental agreement, request the tenant to
vacate the villa/summer house, withhold the deposit and rental fees, and demand
payment of any unpaid rental fees in full.
RESERVATION
AND PAYMENT
Reservations for our villas/summer houses can be made through the reservation
form on our website, via phone, or email. Fethiye Lovers will process your
reservation after receiving your requested dates and necessary contact and
billing information. Once the reservation is processed, Fethiye Lovers will
require a deposit of 20% of the total rental amount for the villa/summer house.
The deposit must be paid within one (1) business day after the reservation is
made. Once the deposit is received, the villa/summer house will be reserved
under your name. Details of the deposit amount and our bank account numbers
will be provided via email, SMS, or phone.
After
receiving the payment, Fethiye Lovers reserves the right to unilaterally cancel
the agreement within one (1) business day. The deposit can be paid via bank
transfer, EFT, or credit card through our website. Written confirmation of the
reservation will be sent within one (1) business day after the deposit is
received. This confirmation will include the total rental fee, the deposit
received, and the dates for which the villa/summer house has been reserved.
If the
deposit is not paid within one (1) business day, Fethiye Lovers reserves the
right to cancel the reservation without notifying the tenant and open the
villa/summer house to other bookings. The remaining balance of the rental fee
must be paid in cash upon check-in after inspecting the villa/summer house.
Additionally, a damage deposit of 2000 TL to 5000 TL (depending on the villa)
will be collected in cash at check-in to cover any damages, losses, or
breakages. The damage deposit will be refunded to the tenant after an inventory
check during check-out, provided there are no damages. To avoid any
inconvenience, tenants are reminded to have the required amounts ready in cash
on the day of check-in.
CHECK-IN AND
CHECK-OUT HOURS
The check-in time for the villa/summer house on the reservation start date is
between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. Tenants cannot check in outside of these hours. If
the tenant arrives after the latest check-in time, they may only enter the
villa/summer house the following day at 9:00 AM when Fethiye Lovers’ working
hours begin. Fethiye Lovers will not be held responsible for issues arising
from late check-ins, such as finding alternative accommodations or the
associated costs. Tenants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation
for the night and covering any expenses incurred.
The
check-out time on the reservation end date is no later than 10:00 AM. Tenants
who fail to vacate the villa/summer house by this time will be held liable for
any resulting damages, inconveniences, or losses incurred by Fethiye Lovers.
Early check-out requests must be communicated to Fethiye Lovers at least 24
hours in advance. If the villa/summer house cannot be inspected before the
tenant’s departure due to early check-out, the damage deposit will be refunded
to the tenant's designated bank account. No refunds will be made for early
departures initiated by the tenant.
VILLA/SUMMER
HOUSE CAPACITY
The number of guests allowed in the villa/summer house cannot exceed the
capacity listed on our website or the number stated at the time of reservation
(this includes children and infants). Any changes to the number of guests after
the reservation is confirmed must be requested in writing and approved by
Fethiye Lovers based on the villa’s/summer house’s capacity. Additional fees
may apply for such changes.
After
check-in, no additional guests not listed on the reservation are allowed in the
villa/summer house. Violations may result in Fethiye Lovers requiring
unauthorized guests to leave, canceling the reservation entirely, or demanding
the villa/summer house be vacated immediately without waiting for the rental
period to end.
VILLA/SUMMER
HOUSE CLEANING, MAINTENANCE, AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
The rental price includes an initial cleaning. For stays of two (2) weeks or
longer, weekly cleaning and linen/towel changes are included. Additional
cleaning or linen/towel changes are subject to extra charges. For stays shorter
than the minimum rental period, a short-stay fee may apply, depending on the villa,
as listed on our website.
Pool and
garden maintenance are performed early every morning. In case of any technical
issues during the rental period, they will be resolved by the property owner.
Fethiye Lovers acts only as an intermediary and cannot be held responsible for
such issues but will assist in resolving them. Tenants must allow access to
staff for pool, garden, or other necessary maintenance. Unless otherwise
specified, the rental price includes electricity, water, gas, pool lighting,
internet, and air conditioning.
PETS/SMOKING
Unless stated otherwise, pets are not allowed in the villas/summer houses.
Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the villas/summer houses.
PRICING
The rental prices listed on our website are for daily, weekly, or monthly
rentals. Deposits can be paid via bank transfer, EFT, or credit card.
RENTAL,
PAYMENT, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND CONDITIONS
The initial deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, even for
cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date. This deposit is
transferred to the villa/summer house owner as a prepayment. The remaining
balance must be paid upon check-in.
Cancellations
must be made in writing to Fethiye Lovers. Verbal cancellation requests will
not be accepted. In case of cancellations, Fethiye Lovers will deduct certain
percentages of the total booking amount to cover expenses and measures taken
for the trip.
