The rental price includes accommodation for a number of people suitable for the specified accommodation capacity of the villa, Wi-Fi, all general expenses during the rental period, pool and garden maintenance, technical service in case of malfunction and VAT of the villa rental commission fee.

The kitchenware of the villas is fully equipped and there are not only blender-style products, but a set of bath and face towels and beds are delivered for everyone. Apart from your personal belongings, you can perhaps bring your camera, laptop or iPod, or a beach towel to use on the beach.

There is an accommodation capacity determined for each villa by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Accommodation above this capacity cannot be accommodated. The accommodation capacity determined for each villa is stated in the details of the villa. You can see this number on the page of the villa you have chosen.

Check in is available at 16:00 and check out is 10:00. This is the same for all our villas.

All of our houses have clean towels and clean sheets. One set of sheets and towels is included for every 7-day stay. There are no beach towels.

Additional requests that are not mentioned in the list of included services will be charged extra.

Children are included in the number of persons. The maximum person capacity of the villa is given including children.

We do not accept pets at our villas.

As Fethiye Lovers travel agency, we offer car rental services. We can deliver it either at our office, at the airport or at your villa.

Pool maintenance is carried out regularly by the staff on a daily basis. When entering the pool, these issues should be taken into consideration to prevent problems that may arise due to excessive use of oil, wearing clothes, etc.

Pool cleaning is done in the morning or in the evening in some of our villas (this will be stated to you when you first enter the villa), each villa has a specific pool cleaning time period and it must be between these hours. Unfortunately, you cannot determine the time. The timing was determined this way because pool chemicals are more effective when the weather is cool and the sun is not fully effective.
