Cancellation Terms

The prepayment amount of the villa/apartment/flat fee deposited into our account by credit card (via EFT, wire transfer, cash payment by credit card, or mail order) will not be refunded in case of cancellation once the payment is made. This is because the full prepayment is forwarded to the villa/apartment/flat owner as a deposit. The remaining amount must be paid in full upon check-in at the villa/apartment/flat.

The customer may cancel their trip before it begins. The cancellation request must be submitted to Fethiye Lovers in writing. Verbal cancellations or those not made in writing will not be accepted.

In the event of cancellation, Yaşar Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (flvillakiralama.com) will deduct a percentage of the total booking fee for the villa/apartment/flat, as outlined in the travel agreement, to cover the measures and expenses incurred. These percentages are determined as follows:

Cancellation Conditions:

1. If the cancellation is due to force majeure (e.g., death, accident, COVID, etc.), and the required documentation is provided, cancellations made 60 days before the check-in date will be accepted.
2. Customers may cancel their reservation voluntarily up to 90 days before the check-in date.
3. If the reservation is canceled within 30 days or less before the check-in date, or if the customer does not check in or stay in the villa/apartment/flat, the total reservation fee (including the prepayment and the balance) will not be refunded. Additionally, for cancellations made within 30 days of the check-in date, the customer will be held liable for and agrees to pay the full rental amount (including the total villa/apartment/flat rental fee) to the property owner, as stated in Clause 3.
4. In cases where the cancellation is due to the customer’s request (excluding force majeure), if the customer cancels 90 days or more before the check-in date, 70% of the total amount paid will be forfeited, and 30% will be refunded to the customer's specified bank account, minus transfer fees. This is because 70% of the amount paid is forwarded to the villa/apartment/flat owner as a deposit. If the cancellation occurs within 90 days of the check-in date, the entire prepayment will be forfeited, and no refund will be made.
5. For reservations canceled due to force majeure (e.g., the traveler testing positive for COVID, travel restrictions or bans from the traveler’s city or country of origin), if official documentation is provided to confirm the situation at least 15 days before the travel date, the reservation can be rescheduled, or the deposit will be refunded unconditionally.
6. The company is not responsible for issues unrelated to the villa during the rental period, such as natural disasters, regional power outages, or water supply interruptions. Customers accept full responsibility for such issues.
7. If the property owner sells the villa/apartment/flat to another party, the new owner reserves the right to cancel or refuse future reservations. In such cases, customers will be informed promptly, and alternative options will be offered at similar prices. If the alternatives exceed the original price, the customer may choose to pay the difference to proceed with the booking.
8. Once the customer has rented the villa/apartment/flat, they cannot cancel or request a different property on the check-in date unless the property significantly deviates from its online description. No refunds will be provided for such cancellations. Finalizing the reservation implies the customer’s acceptance of the selected property.

For payments made via credit card, any financial losses, commission fees, or similar charges imposed by the Republic of Turkey, banks, or financial institutions will be deducted from the refund amount.

If Yaşar Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Fethiye Lovers) cancels the reservation for any reason, the customer will be notified as soon as possible. If an equivalent villa/apartment/flat is available for the same dates, it will be offered to the customer. If the customer does not approve the alternative and the cancellation does not fall under "force majeure," the paid amount will be refunded.

For specific villas/apartments/flats (as detailed on their respective online pages), the full deposit and/or the total rental fee must be paid between 1-50 days before the reservation date. If canceled, no refund will be issued for such properties.

If the customer fails to pay the balance on time, Yaşar Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Fethiye Lovers) reserves the right to cancel the reservation, refuse refunds of previously paid amounts, and accept other reservations for the villa/apartment/flat.

Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or registered mail). Verbal cancellations made over the phone are not valid. Cancellations take effect only when the written notification is received by Yaşar Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Fethiye Lovers).

In cases where the customer fails to fulfill their obligations or cancels the agreement without proper written notice, Yaşar Turizm Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi (Fethiye Lovers) cannot be held responsible for the non-use of the villa/apartment/flat. From the moment the reservation is confirmed, the full agreed fee becomes due on the scheduled check-in date, and Yaşar Turizm retains all legal rights regarding this matter.
